Senior Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective execution of client-oriented projects from initiation to closure.

• Maintain project timelines, scope, and financial constraints.

• Collaborate with teams within the Client Services division to ensure project alignment.

• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project implementation.

• Monitor and evaluate project budget performance, expenditures, and procurement processes.

• Identify and report blockers, risks, overruns, and shortfalls.

• Monitor and assess project scope and timelines.

• Communicate changes and risks to management while proposing enhancements and mitigation strategies.

• Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as required.

• Manage and report on the project's pipeline.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.

• Conclude projects and transfer deliverables and documentation to operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in a Project Manager or Engagement Manager capacity.

• Preferably experience with enterprise software.

• A relevant degree.

• Dedication to ongoing career development in project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to multitask.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with large, diverse virtual teams and perform under pressure.

• Proficient in task scheduling and project management methodologies and tools.

• Outstanding client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite.

• Background in the legal, financial, or professional services industries is advantageous.
