Senior Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Establish enduring relationships with ERPA’s Workday clientele.

• Manage a portfolio comprising Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS clients.

• Supervise all elements of project delivery.

• Contribute to the enhancement of ERPA’s Workday practice.

• Act as a culture ambassador for ERPA’s fundamental values.

• Serve as the primary liaison between consultants and clients.

• Manage multiple Workday engagements simultaneously.

• Ensure projects adhere to the Statement of Work scope and achieve milestone and budget objectives.

• Assess and report on project health.

• Track risks, issues, and escalations.

• Conduct status updates and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance.

• Assist with task assignments and resource management for Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS projects.

• Guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction and referenceability.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Workday EM/PM certification is mandatory and must remain in Active status for the duration of employment with ERPA.

• 3-6 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem (partner, Workday direct, or client-side).

• Experience in leading Launch Flex and Launch Express deployments to successful go-live.

• Proven track record in managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects across Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and Optimization engagement types.

• Strong expertise in various Workday methodology approaches, including the ability to articulate risk profiles, structural differences, and client readiness requirements.

• Previous experience managing projects using Smartsheet.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems, including JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive in ensuring alignment with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as required.

• Must successfully complete the pre-employment drug screening and background check, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and relevant licensing verification.
