Senior Embedded Engineer, AI – Yocto, Zephyr

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the multi-sensor perception and fusion system for a European drone early-warning system utilizing a learning map architecture.

• Collaborate within a team of 40 engineers.

• Bridge the hardware, software, and AI teams at the critical interfaces between system functionality and product specifications.

• Tackle highly intricate hardware-software integration challenges.

• Provide support for embedded products throughout their entire lifecycle, including deployment in real-world settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience encompassing the complete embedded product lifecycle.

• Background in architecture and sensor systems, target-hardware integration, and transitioning to production.

• Experience with embedded products utilized in real-world scenarios, including actual users, OTA updates, error reporting, and hardware revisions.

• Extensive knowledge of Yocto and Zephyr.

• EU member state citizenship is mandatory due to security regulations.

• A registered residence in an EU country is required.

• Proficiency in English.
