Senior Email & SMS Retention Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive retention strategy for every client account, covering email and SMS communications.

• Conduct weekly client calls, serving as the primary authoritative voice.

• Lead project managers, copywriters, and designers to ensure that execution aligns with the established strategy.

• Analyze results and reporting to determine necessary adjustments moving forward.

• Facilitate internal team meetings to maintain team cohesion and alignment.

• Identify gaps in capacity and signal hiring requirements as the agency expands.

• Emphasize strategy, oversee quality control in project execution, and manage reporting.

• Extensive experience in developing email and SMS retention strategies, preferably on the agency side.

• A polished presenter who can effectively engage during client calls.

• Capability to manage, mentor, and instruct others, rather than just executing tasks.

• Innovative and flexible, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• A desire to contribute to the company's direction alongside senior leadership.

• Full-time position, fully remote.
