This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a key business objective.
• Develop email and push notification strategies that are in line with product and marketing initiatives.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing churn and re-engaging customers through email and push notifications.
• Establish the email roadmap for 2026 and beyond across three distinct products.
• Clarify the role of email within multi-channel orchestration.
• Convert behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle classifications into effective segmentation logic and program triggers.
• Identify data needs for email programs and manage data requests accordingly.
• Oversee the team’s contribution to the revenue attribution framework.
• Collaborate with data teams on lifecycle-stage KPIs and the validation of attribution.
• Manage email dashboards in partnership with the data team.
• Leverage generative and agentic AI tools for enhanced personalization and automation.
• Lead and mentor a team of three email marketing specialists.
• Coordinate efforts with stakeholders in email development, data, demand generation, and product.
• Maintain and refine automated email journeys for all four products within airEML.
• Ensure email deliverability and list health on a large scale.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing as a senior contributor or leader, focusing on retention marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Preferred experience in B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale.
• Demonstrated end-to-end management of an email and/or retention/lifecycle program, including strategy formulation, journey design, segmentation logic, and KPI accountability.
• Knowledge of attribution models and attribution windows.
• Experience with behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring or lifecycle stage classification.
• Proficient with major marketing automation or email platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or an equivalent internal solution.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Product and Data Science teams.
• Ability to think strategically at the program level.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in dashboards and data sourced from warehouses.
• Understanding of email deliverability and list health management at scale (100K+ subscriber base).
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a multi-product or multi-brand setting.
