Senior Education Client Leader

📋 Description

• In this role, you will provide experienced client leadership within the Education Market in the Great Lakes Region, focusing on establishing and nurturing long-term strategic relationships with CannonDesign's key clients in this sector.

• You will play a vital role in the firm's success, contributing to marketing and business development efforts, leading clients and teams, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing the overall quality of our work.

• Your responsibilities will include integrating our diverse design services, managing processes, and ensuring strong financial performance for these clients.

• Acting as a brand ambassador, you will advocate for Living-Centered Design and embody our Firm's mission to help individuals continuously flourish in every interaction with our clients.

• You will engage in marketing initiatives for strategically significant pursuits and top clients alongside other leaders in the firm to support our firm's overall growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Education market, demonstrating a successful track record in client and team leadership, as well as business development.

• Previous experience in client leadership roles connected to an office, market, or region with multiple successful client relationships is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

• Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.

• Additional certifications and/or training that are pertinent to this role are advantageous.

• A strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies is essential.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary.

• Proficiency in presentation skills is required.

• Outstanding client and people leadership abilities are crucial.

• Professional maturity and the capacity to communicate authentically and respectfully are vital.

• The ability to exhibit sound judgment and a prudent approach to risk management and mitigation is essential.

• Capability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams is needed.

• Some travel may be necessary.
