Senior E-Commerce & Marketing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic consulting services to thriving Shopify-based e-commerce brands focusing on marketing, conversion rate optimization, and expansion.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement data-driven growth strategies.

• Leverage contemporary AI tools to effectively execute recommendations and automate processes.

• Assess conversion pipelines, marketing funnels, and customer journeys to generate actionable insights.

• Deliver strategies, facilitate workshops, and work on projects in partnership with clients.

• Design, test, and enhance AI-powered workflows, including LLMs, automation, and no-code/low-code solutions.

• Actively identify opportunities for growth and potential for automation.

• Provide measurable value to clients while minimizing internal implementation efforts through AI-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in e-commerce, marketing, or conversion rate optimization, with a demonstrated history of success with Shopify brands.

• Strong consulting abilities and the confidence to engage with decision-makers.

• Proactive approach with the capability to independently create tools, automations, or workflows.

• Familiarity with modern AI tools is essential.

• Analytical mindset with experience in funnels, key performance indicators, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Organized, self-motivated working style with a keen eagerness to learn.

• Proficient in client communication in both German and English.

• Nice to have, but not required: Familiarity with Make or Zapier.

• Nice to have, but not required: Basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous experience in an agency or consulting role within e-commerce.
