Senior Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Configure modules in Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems utilizing APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, transforming business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

• Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates.

• Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization for Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support team objectives and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Expertise in customizing, configuring, and developing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.

• Experience in developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capability to create scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Previous experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies.

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

• Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• All selected candidates must successfully pass a background check.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including necessary fingerprinting when required for the role.
