Senior Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Configure various Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems through APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools.

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

• Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates.

• Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support team goals and project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development utilizing JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capability to develop scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience working alongside business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies.

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

• Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum environments, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• All selected candidates must pass a background check successfully.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including necessary fingerprinting, when required for the position.
