
Senior Document Production Associate – 2nd Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in West Virginia.
• Deliver word processing and document creation services for clients.
• Execute document production in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Evaluate job requests, determine the appropriate production method, and ensure completion throughout the entire task lifecycle.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, and fulfill document production requests.
• Utilize document production equipment, technology, software, and hardware.
• Organize document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within the team.
• Resolve complex software and hardware issues.
• Document and monitor assigned work.
• Adhere to deadlines for receiving, completing, and delivering work.
• Engage in communication with peers, supervisors, and clients regarding job or deadline matters.
• Promote continuous service improvement and build client relationships.
• Manage sensitive and confidential documents and information.
• Conduct quality assurance on the work of others.
• Mentor junior staff members.
• Provide assistance to peer teams with proofreading, design, and document preparation as needed.
• Interact with clients in person, via phone, and electronically.
• Comply with Williams Lea and client-site policies.
• Use equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
• Work Wednesday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. ET, and Saturday/Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Higher education is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience, ideally in a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.
• Experience in document production and word processing is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong keyboarding and typing abilities.
• Skilled in software applications for editing and/or document creation.
• Familiarity with a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Competence to prioritize tasks, balance projects, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, emphasizing accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Capacity to make independent decisions in line with business needs and policies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex or advanced tasks, equipment, or software issues and escalate when necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude.
• Proven customer service capabilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with multifunctional teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
