This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Northeast region.

• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through customer engagement, strategic account management, and compliant promotional practices.

• Foster employee development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Convert strategy into actionable results by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and maintaining consistent follow-through.

• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge and the hematology/oncology market.

• Implement brand strategy at the local level to generate a positive business impact.

• Promote a culture centered on performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to optimize patient outcomes.

• Lead Key Account Management by coordinating in-field teams around shared account objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving exceptional results.

• Possess curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a dedication to continually enhancing leadership capabilities.

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members.

• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Capacity to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, and ensuring accountability.

• Proficient in utilizing data, critical thinking, business acumen, and sound judgment to make timely and high-quality decisions.

• Ability to adapt swiftly, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through changing business landscapes.

• Willingness and ambition to continuously grow, take on more responsibilities, and prepare for broader leadership roles.

• Must possess a personal vehicle or company-provided car or truck.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening and meeting safe driving standards.
