This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives in the Texas region.

• Change the lives of patients affected by cancer through effective customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.

• Foster employee development through coaching, feedback, and career guidance.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through.

• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge, disease states, and the evolving hematology/oncology landscape.

• Implement brand strategies locally to make a positive impact on the business.

• Promote a culture centered around performance, inclusivity, personal growth, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budget and resource management to maximize patient impact.

• Drive Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams with shared account priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech industry.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top results.

• Curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a commitment to ongoing leadership skill enhancement.

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members.

• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, feedback, accountability, and career development.

• Proficient in applying data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment to make timely, high-quality decisions.

• Agility to adapt quickly, embrace ambiguity, and guide teams through uncertain and changing business landscapes.

• Desire and capacity for continuous growth, increased responsibilities, and preparation for broader leadership roles.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a personal or company vehicle.

• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

• Oncology experience strongly preferred, especially in hematologic malignancies.

• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Prior experience as a people leader is preferred.
