This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through effective customer engagement, strategic account management, and compliant promotional activities.
• Foster employee development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.
• Convert strategic plans into actionable tasks with well-defined priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent execution.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource in product expertise and the hematology/oncology landscape.
• Implement local brand strategies to positively influence business outcomes.
• Promote a culture centered on performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.
• Oversee budget and resources to optimize patient impact.
• Lead Key Account Management by aligning field teams with shared account goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving top performance results.
• Exhibit curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a commitment to ongoing improvement in leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Skilled in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, and ensuring accountability.
• Proficient in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insights, and sound judgment to make timely, high-quality decisions.
• Ability to adapt swiftly, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through changing business landscapes.
• Willingness and desire to continuously grow, take on additional responsibilities, and prepare for broader leadership roles.
• Must have a personal vehicle or access to a company car or truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must meet safe driving criteria.
• Experience in oncology is strongly preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies (although not mandatory).
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required.
