This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Southeast region
• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through outstanding customer engagement, effective account management, and compliant promotional activities
• Establish clarity, foster belief, nurture talent, and motivate effective execution to achieve sustainable business outcomes
• Mentor individuals through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities
• Convert strategy into effective execution through well-defined priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-up
• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the dynamic hematology/oncology landscape
• Implement brand strategy locally to generate a positive impact on the business
• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, and personal development rooted in trust and accountability
• Manage the budget and resources to optimize patient impact
• Lead Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams around common account objectives
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech sector
• Proven track record of consistently achieving top performance
• Possess curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a dedication to ongoing leadership skill enhancement
• Capability to inspire and motivate teams
• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Skill in developing CAEs through coaching, setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, and ensuring accountability
• Proficiency in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment to make timely, high-quality decisions
• Aptitude to quickly adapt, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through changing business landscapes
• Willingness and ambition to continuously grow, take on more responsibility, and prepare for broader leadership roles
• Capability to drive a personal vehicle or company car/truck
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria
• Oncology experience is highly preferred, especially in hematologic malignancies
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not essential
