This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the California region.

• Improve the lives of patients affected by cancer through outstanding customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.

• Foster employee development through coaching, feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Convert strategy into actionable execution by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through.

• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the evolving hematology/oncology market.

• Implement brand strategy locally to positively influence the business.

• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, and personal growth based on trust and accountability.

• Oversee budgets and resources to optimize patient impact.

• Lead Key Account Management by aligning field teams around common account priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top results.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Demonstrated capability to lead without formal authority while working with cross-functional teams.

• Skill in coaching and developing people.

• Proficiency in applying data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment.

• Ability to adapt swiftly, embrace ambiguity, and lead through uncertainty.

• Capability to drive a personal or company vehicle, including cars or trucks.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.

• Oncology experience is highly preferred, especially in hematologic malignancies.

• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in a leadership role with people is preferred.
