β€’ Transform organizational and regional objectives into a district strategy that includes clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution.

β€’ Enhance district performance within the Neuroscience portfolio through customer-centric execution that aligns with patient and business requirements.

β€’ Lead and cultivate a high-performing team through effective hiring practices, performance management, and development planning.

β€’ Provide coaching and mentorship to the team to improve sales effectiveness, clinical execution using approved resources, and business acumen.

β€’ Generate demand and facilitate care transitions in both outpatient and inpatient environments.

β€’ Establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders while reinforcing cross-functional partnerships.

β€’ Anticipate market trends by leveraging internal and external data to refine strategy and eliminate obstacles.

β€’ Influence Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing through insights gathered from the field.

β€’ Promote accountability, inclusiveness, team wellbeing, and clear expectations during transitions.

β€’ Comply with Healthcare Compliance policies and guidelines.

β€’ Utilize approved AI-enabled tools to enhance best practices, improve strategic planning, and elevate team performance while ensuring privacy and data integrity.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; MS/MBA/PhD is preferred.

β€’ A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty United States is necessary.

β€’ At least eight years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sector.

β€’ A minimum of two years of direct sales management experience, which includes leading through transitions and overseeing performance management and development planning.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, including potential overnight and weekend trips.

β€’ Residency in the specified geography is required, or a willingness to relocate to that area.

β€’ Proven experience in defining collaboration strategies, aligning cross-functional partners, overcoming barriers, and influencing results beyond the district.

β€’ Experience in coaching others, leading change initiatives, building followership, and driving clarity and prioritization.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to design coaching methods and adapt strategies to suit individual needs.

β€’ Proficient in creating development pathways, enhancing bench strength, and preparing for succession readiness.

β€’ Experience in utilizing internal and external data to formulate compliant integrated district plans and translate strategy into execution expectations.

β€’ Established best practices for data-driven decision-making and ability to use performance insights to identify trends and inform strategy.

β€’ Familiarity with approved AI-enabled tools while ensuring privacy, data integrity, and alignment with policies.

β€’ Preferred qualifications include enterprise influence, experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic area, large account management and access/reimbursement expertise, district-wide or regional capability-building experience, knowledge of emerging technologies/AI, and development of team AI literacy.
