This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives in the High Plains region.

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen AbbVie's position in Multiple Myeloma.

• Foster outstanding customer engagement, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant promotional activities.

• Mentor team members through coaching, providing feedback, and facilitating career advancement.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable tasks through established priorities, disciplined coaching, and reliable follow-through.

• Act as a subject matter expert on product knowledge, disease states, and the dynamic hematology/oncology market.

• Implement local brand strategies to create a positive impact on business outcomes.

• Promote a workplace culture characterized by performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize benefits for patients.

• Lead Key Account Management by uniting in-field teams around common account goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

• Required experience in oncology, with a preference for expertise in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.

• Proven track record of achieving top performance results.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams effectively.

• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven capability to lead without direct authority when working with cross-functional teams.

• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, setting expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring accountability.

• Proficient in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insights, and sound judgment.

• Capable of quickly adapting, embracing ambiguity, and leading through uncertainty in changing business contexts.

• Must possess a personal vehicle or company car/truck.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Must comply with safe driving regulations.
