This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the High Plains region.

• Design and implement strategies to strengthen AbbVie's position in the Multiple Myeloma field.

• Foster outstanding customer engagement, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant promotional activities.

• Enhance team development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Convert strategic plans into actionable steps with clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and reliable follow-through.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource in product information, disease states, and the dynamic hematology/oncology market.

• Implement brand strategies locally to create a positive impact on business outcomes.

• Promote a culture centered on performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budgets and resources to maximize benefits for patients.

• Lead Key Account Management by synchronizing in-field teams around mutual account objectives.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

• Required oncology experience, ideally in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top performance results.

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members effectively.

• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional cooperation.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Skills to develop Clinical Account Executives through coaching, accountability, feedback, and career growth.

• Proficient in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insights, and sound judgment for timely, high-quality decision-making.

• Capacity to adapt swiftly, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through changing business landscapes.

• Must possess the ability to operate a personal vehicle or company-provided car or truck.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
