Senior District Manager, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Southern region

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen AbbVie’s position in Multiple Myeloma

• Ensure outstanding customer engagement, manage key accounts effectively, and execute promotional activities in compliance

• Mentor, provide constructive feedback, and assist in the career growth of team members

• Convert strategy into clear objectives and disciplined execution

• Act as a knowledgeable resource in product information, disease states, and the dynamic hematology/oncology market

• Implement brand strategies locally to drive positive business outcomes

• Foster a culture centered on performance, inclusivity, personal growth, trust, and accountability

• Oversee budget and resources to maximize patient impact

• Lead Key Account Management by uniting field teams around common account goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

• Experience in oncology is essential, ideally within Multiple Myeloma or hematologic cancers

• Proven track record of consistently achieving high results

• Capability to inspire and motivate team members

• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration

• Competence to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

• Ability to coach Clinical Account Executives by setting clear expectations and offering meaningful feedback

• Skill in utilizing data, critical thinking, business acumen, and sound judgment

• Quick adaptability and capability to lead through uncertain situations

• Requirement to drive a personal vehicle or a company-provided car or truck

• Valid driver's license is necessary

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards
