This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Southwest region
• Formulate and implement strategies that reinforce AbbVie’s leadership in Multiple Myeloma
• Enhance customer engagement, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant promotional execution
• Foster employee development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement
• Transform strategy into distinct priorities, systematic coaching, and reliable follow-through
• Act as a subject matter expert on products and disease states in the dynamic hematology/oncology landscape
• Implement brand strategies locally to create a positive influence on the business
• Promote a culture of performance, inclusiveness, trust, accountability, and personal development
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize patient impact
• Lead Key Account Management by coordinating field teams around common account priorities
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 7 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry
• Oncology experience is essential, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies
• Proven track record of consistently achieving outstanding results
• Demonstrated capability to inspire and motivate team members
• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, feedback, accountability, and career development
• Proficiency in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment for timely, high-quality decision-making
• Ability to quickly adapt, embrace uncertainty, and lead through evolving business conditions
• Eagerness and capacity for continuous growth, expanding responsibilities, and preparing for broader leadership roles
• Must possess a personal vehicle or company car/truck
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards
