This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives in the Southwest region.

• Design and implement strategies to strengthen AbbVie’s position in Multiple Myeloma.

• Foster outstanding customer engagement, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant promotional practices.

• Mentor team members through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Convert strategy into action by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through.

• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the evolving landscape of hematology/oncology.

• Implement brand strategy on a local level to positively influence business outcomes.

• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budget and resources to maximize patient impact.

• Direct Key Account Management by aligning field teams with shared account objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry.

• Oncology experience is essential, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic cancers.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top results.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams effectively.

• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Capability to develop Clinical Account Executives through coaching, accountability, and career development.

• Proficient in utilizing data, critical thinking, business acumen, and sound judgment to make timely and high-quality decisions.

• Flexibility to adapt quickly, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through changing business environments.

• Must drive a personal or company vehicle.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
