This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Southern region.

• Design and implement strategies to reinforce AbbVie’s position in the Multiple Myeloma sector.

• Foster exceptional customer interactions, manage key accounts, and ensure compliant promotional practices.

• Enhance team development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities.

• Convert strategic objectives into local actions by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding product information, disease states, and the dynamic hematology/oncology market.

• Implement brand strategies locally to positively influence business outcomes.

• Promote a culture focused on performance, inclusivity, personal development, trust, and accountability.

• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to maximize benefits for patients.

• Lead Key Account Management by coordinating in-field teams around common account priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• Experience in oncology is essential, ideally in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top performance outcomes.

• Ability to inspire and energize teams effectively.

• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Skills in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, accountability, feedback, and career progression.

• Proficiency in utilizing data, critical thinking, business acumen, and sound judgment to make timely and high-quality decisions.

• Capability to quickly adapt, navigate ambiguity, and guide teams through uncertainty and changing business landscapes.

• Possession of a personal vehicle or access to a company car or truck.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
