Senior District Manager – Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Southern region

• Develop and implement strategies to reinforce AbbVie's leadership in Multiple Myeloma

• Foster exceptional customer engagement, effective key account management, and compliant promotional activities

• Enhance team development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities

• Convert strategy into actionable execution with clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through

• Act as an authority in product knowledge, disease states, and the dynamic hematology/oncology marketplace

• Implement local brand strategies to drive a positive impact on the business

• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, and individual growth

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize patient impact

• Lead Key Account Management by aligning field teams with common account priorities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

• Required oncology experience, ideally in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top results

• Demonstrated capability to inspire and motivate teams

• Knowledge of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Skill in coaching and developing Clinical Account Executives

• Proficient in applying data, critical thinking, business insights, and sound judgment

• Capacity to adapt swiftly and lead through uncertainty and changing business landscapes

• Must possess a personal auto or a company vehicle

• Valid driver's license required

• Capability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria
