Senior District Manager, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Southern region

• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen AbbVie's position in Multiple Myeloma

• Foster outstanding customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution

• Enhance team capabilities through coaching, constructive feedback, and career development

• Convert strategy into effective execution by establishing clear priorities and disciplined coaching

• Act as a subject matter expert in product knowledge, disease states, and the evolving hematology/oncology market

• Implement brand strategy at the local level to positively influence business outcomes

• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, personal growth, trust, and accountability

• Oversee budget and resources to maximize patient impact

• Direct Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams around common account priorities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

• Oncology experience is essential, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies

• Proven track record of consistently achieving top results

• Demonstrated capability to inspire and motivate teams

• In-depth understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

• Skilled in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, feedback, accountability, and career growth

• Proficient in applying data, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment

• Capable of quickly adapting and leading through uncertainty and changing business landscapes

• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a personal or company vehicle

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards
