This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, create, and sustain scalable commercial enablement initiatives, including playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling resources, and deal-registration tools.
• Convert platform capabilities and agentic AI functionalities into compelling value propositions, demonstration frameworks, and sales messaging aimed at executives.
• Conduct webinars, interactive bootcamps, and keynote presentations both virtually and at local or regional in-person events.
• Spearhead global partner enablement projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, milestones, and delivery deadlines effectively.
• Design and implement change management strategies to promote the adoption of enablement playbooks, tools, and frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams among Product Marketing, Field Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partner Marketing.
• Create standardized frameworks, joint account planning guides, and deal-clinic templates in collaboration with Partner Sales Managers and Field Sales teams.
• Equip Partner Sales Manager teams with skills in partner management, pipeline acceleration, and co-selling practices.
• Utilize LMS, PRM, sales content portals, and CRM systems to provide learning pathways and monitor certifications and engagement levels.
• Define enablement KPIs and convert operational data into narratives for executive audiences.
• Collect feedback to enhance enablement ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• 4–6+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, focusing on Field/Partner Enablement, Sales Readiness, Channel Operations, or Partner Success within a high-growth setting.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multi-threaded, cross-functional programs and promote organizational adoption of new processes.
• Outstanding public speaking and facilitation abilities.
• Proven history of delivering engaging keynotes, webinars, and workshops both virtually and in person.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-tier channel models, co-selling strategies, and collaboration with GSIs, Regional SIs, and VARs.
• Practical experience with modern enablement technologies, such as LMS, PRM, and content portals.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools.
• Capability to assess ROI, pipeline impact, and strategic advantages.
• Proficiency in distilling complex operational data into clear strategic updates for executive stakeholders.
