β€’ Oversee a team of Oncology Sales Specialists

β€’ Implement effective performance management strategies

β€’ Guide the Oncology sales team in executing the sales plan

β€’ Ensure optimal distribution and market penetration of products in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and directives

β€’ Consistently apply established policies and procedures in employee management

β€’ Achieve or surpass sales targets

β€’ Direct sales strategy and oversee activities to enhance brand objectives across sales and marketing

β€’ Assist the team in developing and executing territory business plans for innovative Oncology products

β€’ Create strategic plans and lead the team to achieve sales results within a designated budget

β€’ Foster a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team

β€’ Cultivate individual talent and manage performance effectively

β€’ Engage with internal and external customers to shape the business for the benefit of appropriate patients

β€’ Operate in the field with minimal supervision

β€’ Adapt swiftly to changes and adhere to pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree

β€’ At least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience

β€’ A minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industries

β€’ Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others towards success

β€’ A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States

β€’ Willingness to travel as necessary, up to 40%, including potential overnight/weekend travel

β€’ Preferred: Experience in Oncology, hospital and/or large account sales, and navigating complex reimbursement issues

β€’ Preferred: Previous people management experience overseeing a mid-sized team or completion of a Management Development Program

β€’ Preferred: Proficiency in high-level planning, organizing, and business planning

β€’ Preferred: Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI

β€’ Preferred: Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment
