This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
⢠Spearhead Keyloop's enterprise transformation initiatives, managing portfolio pace, prioritization, governance, and value realization.
⢠Establish and lead the transformation operating model, including its structure and standards.
⢠Oversee the enterprise transformation portfolio, including prioritization and governance frameworks.
⢠Ensure uniform reporting, RAID management, stage gates, and benefits tracking.
⢠Promote delivery discipline across extensive, cross-functional transformation programs spanning multiple years.
⢠Serve as a delivery partner to the CFO/COO and other senior leaders.
⢠Foster accountability among teams beyond direct reporting lines.
⢠Identify dependencies and risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate program risks and conflicts as necessary.
⢠Develop and enhance transformation delivery capabilities while standardizing operational processes.
⢠Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of a global team of transformation and program leaders.
⢠Create executive-level presentations and materials.
⢠Refine and integrate business processes, operational best practices, and change management methodologies.
⢠Manage group-level cross-functional data and reporting to create a unified platform and single source of truth.
⢠Advocate for a dynamic, outcome-oriented delivery culture.
⢠Ensure the transformation portfolio is delivered on schedule and within budget while realizing program benefits aligned with the value creation plan.
⢠A proven history of leading large-scale, multi-year, cross-functional transformation programs efficiently.
⢠Experience in leading or establishing an Enterprise/Global PMO or portfolio management function.
⢠In-depth knowledge of private equity-backed business dynamics, including value creation strategies, investor reporting, and rapid decision-making cycles.
⢠Experience in driving enterprise data and reporting standardization, preferably incorporating a common BI/reporting platform and a unified dataset across a global organization.
⢠Demonstrated leadership of multi-layered, global teams through senior executives.
⢠Exceptional stakeholder management skills at CFO/COO, executive, and investor levels.
⢠7ā10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and change management.
⢠5ā7 years of experience in comprehensive business process redesign.
⢠7ā10 years of direct experience in technology or enterprise software companies.
⢠Capacity to analyze complex issues, pinpoint operational shortcomings, and devise integrated solutions through cross-functional teams without direct reporting structures.
⢠Strong executive-level verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
⢠A robust sense of urgency and a strong drive for results.
⢠Familiarity with project/portfolio management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, and Power BI.
⢠Experience in software/SaaS or technology-driven businesses, especially in transitioning from on-premise to SaaS, is a plus.
⢠Project and change management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Prosci are preferred, but not mandatory.
⢠An MBA is considered advantageous.
⢠No specific academic qualifications are required; selection will be based on experience and potential.
