Senior Director – Technology Transformation Advisory, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing and expanding the Technology Transformation advisory capabilities, encompassing offerings, methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and executive-ready deliverables.

• Provide strategic advice to senior client stakeholders regarding technology modernization, cloud transformation, application modernization, data and AI enablement, redesigning operating models, and sequencing transformations.

• Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, current-state assessments, future-state design efforts, and roadmap development initiatives.

• Convert business objectives into technology strategies, investment cases, capability models, and multi-horizon transformation plans.

• Collaborate with sales, account, industry, and go-to-market teams to identify, shape, and secure advisory-led transformation opportunities.

• Assist with proposals, statements of work, executive briefings, oral presentations, and client pursuit strategies.

• Work in conjunction with delivery service lines and solution architecture teams to ensure that recommendations are technically sound, commercially viable, and executable.

• Collaborate across Business Advisory, Organizational Change Management, and Experience Design teams to implement integrated transformation programs.

• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and other senior business and technology leaders.

• Nurture and mentor advisory talent while establishing standards for consulting delivery, executive communication, and client engagement quality.

• Generate thought leadership, market perspectives, client narratives, and reusable intellectual property.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, business transformation, or similar advisory positions.

• A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing client relationships, consulting delivery, team management, and business development.

• Proven track record of advising C-suite and senior business or technology executives.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise technology modernization, including cloud, data platforms, AI, applications, integration, cybersecurity, and managed services.

• Demonstrated capability to formulate transformation strategies, business cases, operating models, and multi-year roadmaps.

• Experience in shaping and promoting advisory, strategy, or transformation engagements.

• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to create and present materials for board-level and C-suite audiences.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams involving strategy, architecture, delivery, change management, and business stakeholders.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to convert complex client challenges into structured, actionable plans.
