This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Veralto's worldwide talent acquisition strategy.
• Provide guidance to Veralto leadership regarding talent acquisition, workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and associated risks.
• Establish collaborations with business leaders to grasp growth strategies, operational priorities, capability needs, and workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver a cohesive talent strategy.
• Create scalable recruiting processes and operational models that support growth, market expansion, transformation initiatives, and integration after acquisitions.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing global Talent Acquisition team.
• Set performance expectations, accountability measures, and development plans for Talent Acquisition leaders and their teams.
• Build external talent pipelines for enterprise leadership roles.
• Oversee Executive Talent Acquisition and collaborate with executives to identify and attract top-tier leadership talent.
• Manage the global TA P&L and budget, including vendor management, contracts, and invoicing.
• Direct the global Recruitment Process Outsourcing strategy, operating model, and governance.
• Guide vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership strategies.
• Offer leadership on the recruiting technology roadmap.
• Enhance recruiting workflows using automation, digital tools, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Promote operational effectiveness, productivity, and scalability throughout the recruiting function.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in leading complex global recruiting organizations in a multi-business or matrixed setting.
• Proven success in influencing senior executives and business leaders.
• Extensive knowledge in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting operations, and talent acquisition technology.
• Experience in managing large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives.
• Experience in managing strategic RPO partnerships and variable TA workforce models.
• Advantageous experience in establishing TA GPO and collaborating with shared services.
• Strong financial acumen is essential.
• High proficiency in technology.
• Preferred experience in supporting industrial, manufacturing, technology, or diversified operating company environments.
• Experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations is preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operating systems is preferred.
• Candidates in the eastern or central time zone are preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
