This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Oversee daily operations, partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and comprehensive support services for Aledade’s value-based care insights.
• Enhance the effectiveness of risk adjustment and risk stratification insights and initiatives for partner practices.
• Take responsibility for the strategy and implementation of field, practice, and end-user go-to-market initiatives pertaining to Risk Stratification programs and products.
• Establish strategic alliances with practice leaders, payer partners, vendors, and external organizations.
• Identify, assess, negotiate, and implement new vendor and external partnerships.
• Lead and mentor junior Transformation team members in their strategic initiatives and program design.
• Direct incentive and adoption programs, educational activities, hotspotting, monitoring, alerting development, prioritization, triage, reporting, and value estimation.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and senior leadership across Aledade.
• Report directly to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification.
• Begin as a senior individual contributor with anticipated short-term growth into a management role.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive professional experience, or 7 years with a Master’s Degree, is strongly preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in value-based care.
• Advanced knowledge of emerging AI tools; preference for those who have demonstrated skills in building, scaling, and/or teaching AI tools to larger teams.
• Proficient Excel skills are essential, including experience with large, complex, and incomplete datasets; performing intricate analyses; and utilizing Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills are required, including storyboarding, converting complex analyses into engaging presentations, and creating executive-level materials with minimal guidance.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities and a capacity to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
• Excellent project management skills and experience leading intricate, cross-functional initiatives in healthcare operations environments.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and analysis.
• A solid business analyst toolkit, including prioritization, hypothesis-driven analytical problem-solving, managing multiple tasks and projects, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in uncertain situations.
• Composure, confidence, and maturity when interacting with senior stakeholders.
• A commitment to confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; significant computer and keyboard use; occasional walking and lifting may be necessary.
