Senior Director, Strategic Revenue Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to provide data-driven insights, distill complex market dynamics, and support executive decision-making.

• Drive cross-functional revenue growth initiatives from strategic planning to execution.

• Enhance resource allocation and project governance.

• Facilitate executive communication and engagement channels, including Sales Leadership Team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and global All Hands.

• Oversee CRO messaging and strategy alignment for significant corporate events, such as the Annual Sales Kickoff.

• Streamline executive workflow and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Promote operational efficiency and contribute to long-term enterprise business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, strategy, project management, sales operations, or business development.

• Demonstrated expertise in navigating intricate enterprise go-to-market dynamics and multi-channel revenue models.

• Advanced financial modeling skills.

• Proven success in budget optimization and OKR management.

• Outstanding analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable strategic initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a history of influencing executive leadership.

• MBA or an equivalent advanced degree (preferred).

• High proficiency with enterprise collaboration platforms and contemporary project management tools (preferred).

• Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams and nurturing emerging leaders (preferred).
