Regional Business Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Inspire, guide, mentor, develop, and retain District Managers and Sales Specialists.

• Identify priorities and allocate resources effectively to enhance outcomes.

• Create and implement cohesive business plans that align with business and brand objectives.

• Achieve compliant product sales growth and volume targets.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize access and establish efficient operating networks.

• Coach partners to foster alignment and attain customer-focused, company-responsible results.

• Establish account goals and objectives.

• Oversee the development and management of account metrics and business performance.

• Ensure all responsibilities comply with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• A valid driver’s license from one (1) of the fifty (50) United States is necessary.

• At least ten (10) years of pertinent work experience is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.

• Previous experience in people management is essential.

• Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend trips.
