Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, planning, and execution of essential strategic initiatives across the company.

• Serve as a Strategic Business Partner to senior leadership within the organization.

• Create comprehensive project plans and ensure accountability for tasks, deadlines, and outcomes.

• Identify, manage, and track the results, challenges, and opportunities of initiatives.

• Spearhead implementation and change management efforts to effectively translate initiatives into actionable results.

• Recognize dependencies and risks, and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Prepare executive presentations that include insights, implications, progress updates, and necessary escalations.

• Integrate and tailor external best practices and methodologies for BeyondTrust.

• Enhance or establish business processes and operational best practices.

• Collaborate regularly with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge and/or certifications in project management and change management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Between 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and change management.

• 5-7 years of experience in complete business process redesign.

• 7-10 years of direct experience in technology, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software sectors, with a strong grasp of core software business functions.

• Proven track record in leading company-wide transformation initiatives in management consulting or equivalent technology industry experience.

• Capability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint operational gaps, and devise integrated solutions through cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills at the executive level.

• Competence in communicating effectively at all organizational levels.

• Ability to cultivate relationships and influence colleagues across all levels.

• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.

• Proven history of continuous learning and improvement.
