Senior Director, Strategic Events – Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement the comprehensive global events strategy, covering Axonius Adapt, major industry conferences like RSA and Black Hat, as well as executive-level initiatives.

• Oversee logistics, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure internal alignment to deliver each event flawlessly and measure its impact.

• Work in conjunction with Campaigns, Regional, and Product marketing teams to create integrated programs that engage executive audiences and achieve business objectives.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on event performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing future initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to craft unforgettable executive experiences that strengthen customer relationships and accelerate deal closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing large-scale B2B event marketing programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics with measurable ROI outcomes.

• Strong project management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a keen attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and on-site event execution.

• Experience in planning and executing events within the cybersecurity or SaaS sectors.

• Previous experience in supporting or launching an inaugural customer or user conference.

• Lead the comprehensive execution of strategic events, from concept and content development to logistics, sponsorship, and post-event follow-up.

• Familiarity with designing and implementing Executive-level (e.g., CxO) programs and experiences.

• Proficient in tools for tracking and reporting on event performance and pipeline acceleration.
