This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Oversee the Electrification Service team in the Western United States, which spans 18 states and five time zones.
• Manage a national Digital Automation and Controls (DAC) Center of Excellence with a team located in Sacramento, California.
• Assume complete responsibility for P&L outcomes and everyday operations.
• Integrate and enhance processes to align with the organization’s business requirements.
• Address and manage intricate issues within areas of functional expertise.
• Engage in long-term strategic planning and contribute to the overall business direction.
• Lead comprehensive service execution and operational efficiency throughout the Western Region.
• Propel financial performance, productivity, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Guide multifunctional teams across manufacturing, assembly, project management, and field service.
• Formulate and implement regional and national service growth strategies in collaboration with sales leadership and engineering teams.
• Cultivate customer relationships and broaden service opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree in business operations, electrical engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• More than 10 years of experience in a senior-level operations role within electrical engineering, safety, or electrical distribution sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing or supervising operations teams.
• A robust background in overseeing P&L for multiple business lines.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
