This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with senior leaders in product, engineering, design, and business to pinpoint high-impact opportunities and link product decisions to customer and business results.
β’ Define, pilot, and expand Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader capabilities in AI-enabled product development.
β’ Spearhead lighthouse engagements throughout product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch, and measurement.
β’ Integrate with cross-functional teams to identify obstacles, foster trust, and convert insights into actionable changes.
β’ Mentor product leaders while enhancing operating models, portfolio practices, governance, and metrics.
β’ Transform effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences, and standards for enterprise-wide adoption.
β’ Set success metrics, demonstrate impact, and utilize evidence to guide larger-scale implementations.
β’ Travel around 35% of the time to collaborate directly with teams and stakeholders.
β’ Over 8 years of practical experience in Product Management and/or Product Leadership within B2B software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
β’ Responsible for the strategy and outcomes of a significant product, platform, or portfolio, spanning from customer discovery to delivery and evaluation.
β’ Proven history of leading cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and design to achieve meaningful customer and business outcomes.
β’ Strong expertise in product management areas such as discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch, and evaluation.
β’ Recent hands-on involvement in developing AI-enabled or agentic products, enhancing product development workflows through AI, or both.
β’ Capability to navigate unfamiliar settings, identify root causes, build trust, and translate insights into actions.
β’ Demonstrated influence on product direction, operating models, or organizational effectiveness beyond a single team without relying on formal authority.
β’ Excellent analytical, communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills, with the acumen to simplify complexity and align senior leaders.
β’ Experience in leading product transformations, operating-model changes, or initiatives for organizational scaling is preferred.
β’ Background in coaching product leaders and enhancing product management practices is preferred.
β’ Experience in operating across multiple businesses, portfolios, or complex matrixed organizations is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with scaling reusable capabilities such as playbooks, metrics, communities of practice, or leadership development programs is preferred.
