This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
β’ Develop a business plan tailored to the territory to enhance engagement and achieve objectives for the company's brands and products.
β’ Assist with field-related bar review engagement initiatives, which include focus groups, feedback activities, company events, school visits, industry conferences, and other external opportunities.
β’ Generate content that supports academic success and bar exam preparation.
β’ Build and sustain relationships with member schools, faculty, administrators, students, student organizations, and related entities.
β’ Conduct in-person visits, phone interactions, workshops, webinars, emails, and various forms of communication.
β’ Act as the company representative at industry conferences, trade shows, and designated events.
β’ Recruit, train, and assist student ambassadors.
β’ Provide direct support and mentorship to student users of the bar review program.
β’ Keep records in the contact management system, including contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.
β’ Stay informed about the company's products and services and their relevance to different audiences.
β’ Suggest new services and products that would benefit member schools, students, and recent alumni.
β’ Contribute to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications.
β’ Manage the company's social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and relationship building in collaboration with marketing.
β’ Alert the National Director to any significant issues.
β’ Work together with bar review program engagement and strategic engagement teams to achieve both individual and collective goals.
β’ Provide updates and insights on law school bar-pass efforts, competitors, and relevant industry information.
β’ Perform other duties as assigned.
β’ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
β’ Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship building, or a sales-related role is required.
β’ Strong grasp of sales and relationship development principles.
β’ Solid understanding of product development and delivery mechanisms.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of brand building strategies.
β’ In-depth understanding of the bar exam process, including its components and strategies for success.
β’ Ability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully implement new products.
β’ Awareness of higher education policies and issues, especially in law school and professional school settings.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
β’ Collaborative approach with an ability to both give and receive constructive feedback.
β’ Proficiency in computer applications, including web-based tools, CRM systems (notably Salesforce), and online collaboration platforms.
β’ Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
β’ A passion for legal education and commitment to student success.
β’ Proven interpersonal skills.
β’ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
β’ Ability to work effectively from a home office, on campus, or while traveling.
β’ Knowledge of bar review programs and school-related bar success initiatives is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with best practices in student engagement and programming is preferred.
β’ Experience in the legal education sector is preferred.
β’ Understanding of event planning and conference vending is preferred.
β’ Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend hours is expected.
