πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the public representative of AccessLex Institute and the Helix Bar Review program.

β€’ Cultivate and manage relationships with designated member schools, students, student organizations, and associated entities.

β€’ Develop territory-specific business strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and achieving objectives.

β€’ Assist with bar review engagement initiatives, focus groups, feedback sessions, company events, school visits, conferences, and other outreach opportunities.

β€’ Produce content that supports academic achievement and bar exam success.

β€’ Execute in-person visits, phone communications, workshops, webinars, emails, and various forms of outreach.

β€’ Represent the company as an ambassador at industry conferences, trade shows, and designated events.

β€’ Recruit, train, and provide support for student ambassadors.

β€’ Offer direct assistance and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.

β€’ Maintain records within the contact management system, including contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.

β€’ Stay informed about company products and services, recommending new offerings as appropriate.

β€’ Contribute to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communication materials.

β€’ Sustain a social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and engagement in partnership with the marketing team.

β€’ Keep the National Director updated on any critical issues.

β€’ Collaborate with engagement teams from the bar review program and strategic engagement to achieve individual and team objectives.

β€’ Be prepared for extensive travel within the WA, OR, ID, and MN territory throughout the academic year.

β€’ Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, with early mornings, evenings, and weekends expected.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A law degree/J.D. is required.

β€’ Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship-building, and/or sales-related roles is required.

β€’ Experience in a legal education setting is preferred.

β€’ Strong knowledge of sales and relationship development is essential.

β€’ Strong understanding of product development and delivery processes is necessary.

β€’ Proficiency in brand building is required.

β€’ Familiarity with the bar exam process, including its elements and strategies for success, is important.

β€’ Ability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully implement new products is necessary.

β€’ Must stay informed about higher education policies and issues, particularly in law school and professional school contexts.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills are required.

β€’ Outstanding writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities are essential.

β€’ A collaborative mindset with the ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback is critical.

β€’ Computer proficiency, including Web-based applications, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools is necessary.

β€’ Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online meetings and presentations is required.

β€’ A strong passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success are essential.

β€’ Proven excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.

β€’ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory is required.

β€’ Ability to work effectively from a home office, on campus, or while traveling is essential.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with bar review programs and school-related bar success initiatives.

β€’ Preferred: Knowledge of best practices in student engagement and programming.

β€’ Preferred: Experience within the legal education sector.

β€’ Preferred: Understanding of event planning, coordination, and conference vending.
