Senior Director, Sales Enablement

📋 Description

• Define and implement the global Knowledge & Innovation strategy aimed at enhancing Sales and Partner productivity, effectiveness, and competitive edge.

• Build and expand AI-driven sales tools, automation, content intelligence, and knowledge accessibility throughout the buyer journey.

• Oversee Seismic and related sales technologies, focusing on ROI, governance, and strategic utilization.

• Collaborate with Product, Industry, and Value Engineering teams to integrate platform intelligence and industry expertise into enablement systems.

• Lead the development of unique enablement content, narratives, and visual storytelling that align with o9’s value proposition.

• Establish and manage the global content lifecycle from creation to activation, measurement, and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure uniform messaging and solution positioning across sales teams, alliances, and customer-facing personnel worldwide.

• Co-create the o9 Sales Cycle and GTM Sales Methodology, driving adoption through data-driven execution.

• Enhance deal velocity by incorporating insights, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and learning experiences into field workflows.

• Advocate for internal marketing and communication strategies for new content, tools, and capabilities.

• Promote knowledge sharing and continuously strive for enablement excellence across GTM motions.

• Influence senior leadership on enablement strategies, business impacts, and improvement priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Technology/SaaS, Consulting, or a related field.

• Proven track record of implementing enterprise-grade enablement content systems such as Seismic or Highspot.

• Strong experience in collaborating with Sales leadership and Product teams to facilitate complex technical value propositions.

• Experience in Supply Chain and SaaS is highly preferred.

• Proven impact in leading digital innovation and AI-enabled transformations.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.

• Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling capabilities.

• Ability to execute strategies quickly and effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.

• Experience in data-driven experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

• A team-oriented leadership style that emphasizes transparency, alignment, and collaboration.
