This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily management and quality of commercial data within Zoho CRM, including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and account ownership.
• Develop and uphold standards for mandatory fields, opportunity stages, deal updates, account hierarchy, and pipeline cleanliness.
• Identify outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent records and facilitate their resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and client-facing teams to ensure precise commercial data during transitions and reporting.
• Manage commercial forecasting by gathering inputs, maintaining foundational data, consolidating results, and reporting discrepancies against previous forecasts and actual performance.
• Deliver field-sales pipeline and forecast reporting to the SVP of Sales and compile commercial forecast data for the Chief Growth Officer.
• Create and sustain dashboards and regular reports on pipeline health, sales performance, conversion rates, account activity, and commercial success.
• Assess results by territory, seller, channel, partner, and product to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Assist in commercial planning and budgeting with precise data, clear assumptions, and timely reporting.
• Document, manage, and enhance sales processes, including lead assignment, opportunity management, proposal and RFP coordination, and sales-to-implementation transitions.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Sales on sales initiatives, pipeline evaluations, and team workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of territory, account, lead, and quota assignments.
• Provide analysis to support leadership decisions regarding coverage and resource allocation.
• Work alongside Marketing to monitor lead sources, campaign outcomes, and qualified-lead conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR on sales incentive data, calculations, reporting, and approved plan modifications.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to enhance sales technology and implement approved changes.
• Ensure commercial policies and procedures are documented, accessible, and up to date.
• Report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate closely with the SVP of Sales.
• B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience successfully managing and executing sales operations tasks and responsibilities.
• At least three years’ direct experience utilizing a CRM to generate reports, analyze trends, and design/implement process improvements.
• Proficient Excel skills alongside proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to clearly communicate findings to sales leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across departments to enhance processes and resolve data issues.
• Solid understanding of self-funded health plans is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Zoho CRM or relevant certifications is strongly preferred.
• Reliable power supply and secured internet connection with speeds of 11 mbps or greater.
• A designated, quiet workspace to conduct work with minimal interruptions is required.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel multiple times a year, including overnight stays for corporate events, conferences, and health fairs.
• Capability to participate and engage professionally in video meetings with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to address challenges with a ‘yes if...’ mindset.
• Skill in effectively balancing competing deadlines while maintaining focus on the overall objectives.
