• Lead, develop, and expand sales leadership teams across various segments.

• Effectively position Tebra’s offerings to attract new customers.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine sales strategy, systems, and processes.

• Take ownership of forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and sales efficiency metrics.

• Work cross-functionally to guarantee a premium customer journey and strong retention rates.

• Design, test, and implement campaigns in partnership with Marketing.

• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to Sales leadership.

• Mentor and coach emerging sales leaders while contributing to leadership recruitment.

• Foster a high-performing, accountable, resilient, and solutions-oriented culture.

• 7-8 years of experience in Sales Management and Director roles.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales objectives and results.

• Expertise in full-cycle selling across both inbound and outbound channels.

• Robust forecasting and reporting capabilities.

• Proven success in recruiting, evaluating talent, and building high-performing teams.

• Familiarity with the Healthcare IT sector and strong market acumen.

• Experience in influencing broader go-to-market strategies and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

• Proven experience in driving strategic Sales and Business initiatives.

• Understanding of complex solution selling, sales methodologies, and SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, sales cycles).

• BA/BS degree required.

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
