This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic direction and operational excellence across a range of multifamily or student housing communities.
• Lead initiatives in leasing, marketing, training, and client communication to meet leasing, resident satisfaction, and financial performance objectives.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, SVPs, Regional Managers, ownership groups, vendors, and internal teams.
• Represent the organization in ownership meetings and participate in strategic discussions and business growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies that align with company objectives and respond to local market conditions.
• Enhance preleasing outcomes and track leasing velocity and marketing return on investment (ROI).
• Assess marketing technologies and third-party platforms for effectiveness.
• Mentor, train, and coach Regional Leasing Team Directors (RLTDs) and onsite teams through site visits, performance evaluations, and comprehensive training across the portfolio.
• Oversee resident retention initiatives and support teams in resolving resident issues.
• Analyze market trends, leasing statistics, marketing effectiveness, customer experiences, and survey results.
• Collaborate on budget preparation, revenue forecasting, and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of leasing and marketing reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and assess partnerships to optimize ROI and leasing outcomes.
• Travel regularly for site inspections, client meetings, and team development.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in marketing or property management is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in multifamily/student housing with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing leasing teams across various markets.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with leasing systems (Entrata), analytics tools (JTurner, Domo, Ninjacat), and marketing platforms (Canva, Mailchimp, third-party vendors).
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws, digital marketing trends, and resident engagement strategies.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, client meetings, and team development activities is essential.
