This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of Daymark’s long-term strategy aimed at engaging oncology providers.
• Assess and foster strategic alliances with risk-bearing entities and channel partners.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with physician leaders, practice administrators, and corporate development leaders in MSOs.
• Create customized presentations and proposals for independent practices, academic medical institutions, and networks affiliated with MSOs.
• Collaborate with ACO leaders and other non-oncology stakeholders to facilitate partnerships across the system when needed.
• Establish and nurture provider-group relationships, converting selected groups into partnerships that either launch or enhance payer markets.
• Design and implement compensation and shared-savings models.
• Oversee provider partnerships from initial sourcing and due diligence to contract signing and transition.
• Work alongside senior Growth leaders to set priorities for geographic focus and provider partnerships.
• Partner with Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly signed practices.
• Report directly to the VP of Provider Growth.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating provider contracts within a dual-sided network (e.g., kidney care, value-based primary care, or oncology).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, internal strategy, or venture capital/private equity in the healthcare industry.
• Profound knowledge of value-based healthcare services and the payer/provider ecosystems.
• Pre-existing relationships within significant oncology networks or cancer centers in large integrated health systems are preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Capability to create or oversee financial models for shared savings and joint ventures.
• Comfortable with establishing executive-level strategies and managing contract negotiations and implementation transitions.
• A self-motivated individual capable of identifying and addressing gaps while working independently.
