This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states
• Perform behavioral assessments
• Create and manage personalized ABA treatment plans
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians implementing the programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical standards
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Completely remote position with flexible scheduling options
• No minimum or maximum caseload limits
• Absence of non-compete agreements
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licensure
