
Senior Director, Product Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and motivate the Product Marketing team, overseeing 3 direct reports.
• Take responsibility for the positioning and messaging framework across the entire portfolio.
• Develop and execute the launch strategy, managing the complete launch process.
• Equip sales teams and partners with training and resources that effectively communicate ExtraHop’s value proposition.
• Create sales materials, presentations, playbooks, and product demos tailored for enterprise clients.
• Generate thought leadership, customer engagement, and demand-generation content, such as white papers, blogs, case studies, and webinars.
• Perform market research and conduct competitive analysis.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
• Act as a trusted advisor and representative during executive meetings, customer interactions, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Report to the VP of Marketing while serving as a public representative with customers, analysts, and the media.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in product marketing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, and IT infrastructure markets.
• Proven experience marketing to technical and security-oriented audiences.
• A track record of successfully building and implementing integrated product marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas into engaging narratives.
• Demonstrated success in conducting competitive market analysis and utilizing data-driven insights for strategic positioning.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in influencing senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Preferred: knowledge of network-based cybersecurity markets and key players.
• Preferred: experience in marketing AI or agentic products.
• Preferred: experience in category creation or redefinition.
• Preferred: over 5 years of leadership in Product Marketing.
• Preferred: experience with multiple cybersecurity product launches.
