📋 Description

• Take charge of all facets of the team, technology, and tools that facilitate the onboarding and activation of merchant relationships across Shopping’s product offerings.

• Collaborate directly with engineering to design and develop enhanced consumer incentive and rewards experiences.

• Oversee daily operations and the engineering execution of both directly managed and supporting teams.

• Launch and test new experiences iteratively.

• Operate independently using data- and market-informed judgment from ideation through to launch.

• Manage business cases, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences.

• Create operational reports and models utilizing SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to inform investment decisions.

• Propel cross-functional execution and business growth within Capital One Shopping.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline and a minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience.

• Outstanding data and SQL proficiency.

• Currently, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this role.

• Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Preferred: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-growth/startup technology setting.

• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience utilizing SQL.

• Preferred: A minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience.

• Preferred: At least 8 years of direct experience working with software engineering teams to develop tools and processes that support and scale new product offerings.

• Preferred: Proven experience applying AI to create digital products.

• Preferred: Experience in translating business strategies and analyses into consumer-facing digital solutions.
