This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and deliver shared platform components for Evolent's enterprise AI capabilities.
• Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated product lines.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and collect customer feedback.
• Convert business requirements and user needs into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead, mentor, and support product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams on product development, launch, and adoption.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, growth, and end-of-life planning.
• Set and track KPIs to evaluate product success and guide iterations.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Enhance product management processes and methodologies.
• Manage product budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI product strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead product, engineering, and data science teams in identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI-enabled capabilities.
• Advocate for proof-of-concept programs, pilot initiatives, and AI product incubation.
• Establish frameworks for AI governance, model performance monitoring, responsible AI, and scalability.
• Drive investment decisions and portfolio prioritization for GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in healthcare technology or the value-based care sector is highly preferred.
• Proven success in launching and scaling complex software products from concept to market.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
• Extensive leadership experience managing GenAI, AI/ML, or advanced analytics product portfolios is preferred.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, and commercialization of AI products is preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with data science, engineering, and executive leadership teams is preferred.
• Experience in scaling AI-enabled products across large healthcare, payer, provider, or technology organizations is preferred.
• High-speed internet connection of over 10 Mbps at home.
