This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Pre-License outcomes, encompassing revenue, contribution, costs, enrollment growth, first-attempt pass rates, completion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) by channel and state.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers through various strategies including SEO/GEO, content creation, paid search/social media, conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead-to-enrollment processes, and referral/partnership channels.
• Oversee the student product experience, which includes exam preparation tools, interventions for at-risk students, AI tutor/advisor capabilities, and the quality of instructors.
• Foster satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), referrals, and repeat business within the pre-license experience.
• Collaboratively manage the QE-to-CE attach playbook and ensure the smooth handover of newly licensed customers, complete with structured student data.
• Author and standardize the operating model from acquisition to licensure across various brands.
• Implement acquisition, outcome, and content AI throughout the qualifying education workflow.
• Direct matrixed resources from Marketing, Product, Operations, and Shared Services teams.
• Ensure 100% compliance with state regulations for pre-license operations.
• Facilitate weekly funnel and outcome reviews and take ownership of the QE quarterly plan as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Address brand-positioning conflicts, shared-platform trade-offs, and expenditures that exceed agreed thresholds.
• 12 to 15+ years of experience in growth, general management, or operations leadership within a high-volume, funnel-driven consumer or prosumer business.
• Proven track record of managing both acquisition and outcomes, with experience in acquisition-and-conversion P&L at scale and ownership of a product or experience that enhances completion and outcomes.
• Proficient in growth marketing across modern discovery, SEO, GEO, paid channels, CRO, and marketing automation, coupled with product or experience ownership.
• Experience within private equity-backed or high-accountability environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Skills in growth marketing, including SEO/GEO, content creation, SEM/paid social, CRO, marketing automation, CRM pipeline management, and partnership marketing.
• Experience in product and learning design with learning management systems (LMS), exam preparation tools, analytics for at-risk students, engagement and completion optimization, and management of instructor quality signals.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance operations involving 50-state approvals and filings for real estate and appraiser qualifying education.
• Knowledge of unit economics, including CAC by channel/state, conversion economics, and enrollment-level contribution margins.
• Experience with AI-first deployment strategies across acquisition AI, outcome AI, and content AI, including the ability to scale a team with AI-first approaches and track adoption as an operational metric.
