Director, Theranostics Adoption & Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and oversee the national Theranostics Specialist team.

• Define the strategic vision, operating model, priorities, and standards for field engagement within the Theranostics Specialist function.

• Create performance metrics, dashboards, and processes for business reviews.

• Align resources of the Theranostics Specialist with key accounts, launch requirements, and business goals.

• Direct the national implementation of site activation, optimization, customer education, and workflow support.

• Supervise the onboarding of imaging sites and the integration of Telix radiopharmaceuticals into commercial workflows.

• Direct the standardization of protocols, scanner settings, workflow efficiency, image quality support, and site readiness.

• Design and sustain a national training framework that encompasses onboarding, certification readiness, product knowledge, disease-state education, workflow support, and compliant customer engagement.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Strategic Accounts, Market Access, Operations, Training, and Compliance teams.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing launch execution, site readiness, customer experience, and commercial performance.

• Implement processes for gathering field insights, customer feedback, workflow challenges, and competitive intelligence.

• Ensure that all activities adhere to pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, approved materials, and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in nuclear medicine technology, radiologic sciences, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• 8+ years of pertinent experience in nuclear medicine, PET/CT imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, oncology imaging, commercial field support, applications training, or a related healthcare field.

• Experience with radiopharmaceuticals is mandatory; prostate cancer imaging experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in advanced oncologic PET/CT imaging, scanner optimization, protocol development, and imaging workflow support.

• A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, field commercial operations, HCP engagement standards, and compliant customer education.

• Proven experience in developing processes, training frameworks, field tools, launch support models, or national standardization initiatives.

• Certification by NMTCB or ARRT is strongly preferred.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in people management, field team leadership, national training leadership, or cross-functional project leadership is preferred.

• A demonstrable history of achieving results through influence, collaboration, field execution, and effective people leadership.

• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, adaptability, ethical behavior, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning.
