Senior Director, Domain Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and mentorship to SE/DC Managers, promoting operational excellence, accountability, and ongoing development.

• Establish, standardize, and implement global pre-sales methodologies, operational metrics, and best practices.

• Enhance technical win rates while shortening the sales cycle duration.

• Oversee regional workload distribution, headcount assignments, and technical pilot priorities.

• Act as the primary technical representative to Executive Leadership.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Ensure product roadmaps are aligned with significant market demands.

• Serve as the executive sponsor for high-stakes, multi-million-dollar enterprise opportunities.

• Work with sales leadership to create effective account strategies.

• Optimize the Domain Consulting organizational framework for emerging markets, cloud-native technologies, and evolving buyer behaviors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of technical pre-sales experience.

• Proven success as a second-line leader managing managers in enterprise SaaS sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, hiring, and nurturing top SEs and SE leaders.

• In-depth knowledge of modern observability, cloud-native architectures, and developer ecosystem platforms.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset regarding sales execution, pipeline performance, and technical evaluation health.

• Established experience in co-owning revenue objectives alongside RVPs and VPs of Sales.

• Proven ability to navigate hyper-growth environments.

• Experience in implementing structure amidst ambiguity.

• Proven track record in leading organizational change across various functions.
